A 12-year-old boy was tragically stabbed near his school in Birmingham, sparking a police investigation and raising concerns in the community.
The boy was a student at Christ Church Secondary Academy, just a five-minute drive from where he was hurt. Sadly, he died later in the hospital from his injuries.
Police arrested a 14-year-old boy on suspicion of murder. They also mentioned he was linked to an earlier assault on an elderly woman. But the police say these two cases aren’t connected.
