Willow, a Mediterranean-style restaurant, will open in Sutton Coldfield on February 20, offering an all-day menu and a vibrant dining experience.
Willow will open on February 20. The location has been empty since Prezzo closed in early 2023. This will be Willow’s third restaurant, following successful openings in Trentham Gardens and Telford.
The menu features Mediterranean dishes with bold flavors. Breakfast options include a full English and Turkish eggs. For lunch and dinner, expect dishes like king prawn paella and roasted lamb shoulder.
Sweet treats are also on the menu, like warm Greek orange cake. The bar will serve a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails, including Sangrias and Mimosas.
The restaurant will have a bright interior and an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining. It’s dog-friendly and even has a menu for pets. Live music nights will feature local artists.
Joe Hopkins, the general manager, expressed excitement about bringing Willow to the area. He believes it will be a great spot for locals to enjoy Mediterranean flavors right at home.
