A man in his 20s was arrested in Cornwall after a woman was sexually assaulted near Barripper Road.
It happened near Barripper Road, which is also close to Boundervean Lane. The woman was attacked in Camborne. After harming her, the man ran away. It all happened on Sunday, February 2nd.
Police investigated the area and put a cordon in place, stopping people from getting too close. The cordon was lifted the next day. Police are helping the victim and have trained officers for this.
A detective thanked the community, appreciating their help with the case. Devon and Cornwall Police gave a statement, saying they arrested someone for the attack, which happened early Sunday morning. The police got a call around 2 AM, reporting a man attacking a woman near those roads.
They put up the cordon to look around. The victim is getting special support too.
