A Birmingham pizza place has a new home. It is now in Barnt Green village. Cofton Pizza moved on February 5th. The Garrity cafe/bar changed its name. It’s now called Cofton on The Green.

They have an English breakfast pizza. It includes sausage, bacon, eggs, and hash browns. Ketchup tops it all inside folded pizza. Cofton Pizza was at Sip & Slice in Sutton Coldfield. This lasted since last March.

Kirsty, a food reporter, visited the old location. She liked Eliar Robinson-Jamalfar’s pizza very much. Her £13 pizza was a bit expensive, but she said it had undeniable quality. She called it “brilliant” and “top notch.” She felt like she was eating pizza in Italy, it was that good. A famous chain could never compare, she claimed.

The change was announced on social media. Some small updates were made during the move. It is unknown if Cofton Pizza will leave Sip and Slice.

Cofton on The Green shared their excitement online. They are partnering with Eliar from Cofton Pizza. He will now have a local spot within The Garrity. They want to bring Neapolitan pizza to Barnt Green.

The location had some refurbishments. They will offer all-day dining soon. Brunch, bakery, coffee, and pizza feature prominently. Starting February 5th, they opened every day, beginning at 8:30 am. You can dine in, order online, or take away pizza. They also serve coffee, beers, and a full bar.

They said they look forward to welcoming everyone. Sip and Slice have been asked for their side of the story.
