Wolverhampton: Police are looking for witnesses after a pedestrian was hit by a car. This happened on the A4150 Ring Road at the Broad Street junction around 5:30 AM on New Year’s Day.

A man was struck by a blue Toyota Aygo and suffered facial injuries. He is still recovering. The driver is cooperating with the police.

West Midlands Police want anyone who saw the incident to come forward. They are especially interested in dashcam footage from drivers in the area.

A police spokesperson asked, “Were you on the Ring Road in Wolverhampton at 5:30 AM on New Year’s Day? We’re investigating a collision involving a pedestrian and a car.”
